The quality of our coffee is directly linked to the geographical characteristics of our farm.
Our farm is located in Ragonvalia, Norte de Santander, in the northeast of the country, part of the Andean Region and the Santanderes.
This area is characterized by a partly cloudy climate, with consecutive rainy seasons. Its stony soil plays a key role in the flavor of our harvest, as the stones concentrate the minerals and nutrients from the soil.
Thanks to these characteristics, our product has a distinctive flavor profile with notes that make it unique, such as:

Lemongrass, floral, mandarin, sweet, caramel, light almond notes and residual wine notes.
