We are a coffee-grower family from the Norte de Santander department, Colombia. We distinguish ourselves as producers and marketers of export-quality specialty coffee.
My name is Domingo Torres and I was born in Guapi, Cauca, Colombia, on September 19, 1963.
In 1980, I arrived in Puerto Tejada, Cauca, where I worked as a sugarcane cutter for approximately three years. I was subsequently hired to do this work in the state of Portuguesa, Venezuela, in 1984. In 1989, I began working in the mining industry, and I remained in this field for approximately 20 years.
It was during my stay in Cúcuta that I met my wife, Saray Sepúlveda, who has been my support, my mentor, and my life partner to this day. Thanks to the savings we accumulated from my work in the mining industry, we were able to acquire the El Roble farm in 2010. Initially, we ventured into cattle ranching, but unfortunately, we didn't achieve the desired results.
Over time, and faced with the need for a source of income appropriate to our rural environment, we decided to venture into coffee farming. Despite having no prior experience in this field, we learned and progressed along the way, becoming one of the best coffee producers in Colombia.

Our trajectory is characterized by recognition in the National Coffee Competition "Tierra de Diversidad", in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, which validate and certify the quality of our coffee in attributes such as:

In addition, our coffee is currently ranked as the highest-rated coffee in the international specialty coffee auction.
RECOGNITIONS
In 2021, we earned first place for the country's best smooth and exotic coffee, and achieved the best price at the international auction at US$41 per pound.
For 2022, we once again stood out with first place in the attributes: Exotic, Balance, Body, and Acidity; second place in Smooth, with a price of US$78 per pound.
In 2023, we surpass our previous record by selling our coffee for US$120.50 per pound.
In 2024, we earned first place in the Softness attribute with a price of US$31.50 per pound.
Currently, in 2025, we once again achieved first place in the Balance attribute with a value of $34 per pound, and received the exclusive Craft Selection seal, which only five farms in Colombia have.
